Buy wisely, not just approved.

Credit Scores help you get approved. HAC Scores help you understand whether a specific home fits your real monthly life, savings goals, and Lifestyle Protection Reserve.

How to Read Your HAC Score

Your HAC Score is a buyer confidence rating. It helps show how comfortably a specific home may fit your real monthly life after housing costs, obligations, savings goals, and Lifestyle Protection Reserve.

HAC Score Rating What It Means
85–100 Strong Fit The home appears to fit comfortably with strong remaining cash flow and lifestyle protection.
75–84 Comfortable The home appears manageable, but buyers should still verify taxes, insurance, and closing costs.
65–74 Caution The home may be affordable, but there are pressure points that should be reviewed before moving forward.
50–64 Tight The home may create monthly stress or reduce flexibility after obligations and savings goals.
Below 50 High Risk The home may place too much pressure on cash flow, savings, or lifestyle protection.
